Refund policy

Each item is made to order once your purchase is placed. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We stand behind the quality of every item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@flowwithdebbiefox.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Items reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

If a replacement is approved, you will not be required to return the original item unless specifically instructed. If a return is required, we will provide instructions at that time.

Because items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to size charts before purchasing)
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Minor variations in color or placement that may occur during the production process

Orders are processed quickly after purchase. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
